Evening Shift (United States of America)

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

As a vital member of our production team, you will engage in various medical assembly and processing activities, which include executing multiple technical assembly functions.


KEY FUNCTIONS

  • May involve executing one or more processes within established quality standards while visually monitoring machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ability to rotate through the assembly line, executing all production assembly tasks.
  • Conducts on-line and in-process visual inspections of products to verify compliance with specifications outlined in work orders and procedural guidelines.
  • Supports Team Leaders and Technicians during product and/or machine transitions.
  • Operates equipment at or above expected performance levels.
  • Ensures assembled products meet stringent quality criteria.
  • Identifies and rejects products that do not meet specifications.
  • Complies with safety regulations.
  • May utilize various testing equipment necessary for periodic product and process evaluations.
  • Willingness to work overtime may be required for this role.
  • Performs additional related assembly and processing duties as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, Spanish, or fulfilling local language requirements.
  • A minimum of three months of assembly experience is required.
  • Capable of rotating through and executing all tasks on the assembly line, including technical tasks that require precise motor skills.
  • Ability to visually assess work performed and determine if a product has been correctly assembled.
  • Capacity to follow instructions while performing repetitive tasks.
  • Attentiveness in task execution.
  • Ability to suggest improvements to processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively as a team member in assembling sterile medical products.
  • Ability to meet production line rate expectations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • At the Corporate site, if the position operates on a Spanish-language line, it is preferred that the individual is bilingual (English/Spanish).
