Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations Support: Provide cross-functional support to manufacturing operations, focusing on key performance metrics.
- Line Setup and Training: Set up and train production lines, ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
- Product Assembly and Testing: Assemble and test products according to Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI), Work Instructions, and Standard Test Methods (STM).
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document work on Lot History Records (LHR) and manufacturing forms.
- Workstation Maintenance: Set up and maintain workstations, adhering to Controlled Environment Room (CER) requirements.
- Equipment Operation: Operate production equipment, including hot box, laminator, and coil winder.
- Quality Control: Perform visual inspections and use basic measuring tools to ensure product quality.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve manufacturing-related issues in a team environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Support equipment maintenance and qualifications as needed.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Language Skills: Ability to read and speak English (i.e., read and understand manufacturing procedures).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Skills: Effective communication, interpersonal, and team skills; excellent attention to detail and organization; basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts (Flow, 5S, Line Balance).
