We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced OEM Customer Service Sales Support Specialist to join our team at Merit Medical. As a key member of our sales support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our OEM customers and sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to sales representatives and customers, and report any issues to management.
  • Communicate customer needs and specifications to sales representatives, engineering operations, and management.
  • Deliver product samples to sales representatives, customers, and trade shows upon request.
  • Prepare demonstration bags for sales representatives.
  • Responsible for understanding and resolving customer service issues.
  • Generate reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints, etc.

Requirements
  • Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
  • Six years of related work experience in marketing and/or customer service.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, preferably in spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the demands of customers and management.
  • Very detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
