Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to sales representatives and customers, and report any issues to management.
- Communicate customer needs and specifications to sales representatives, engineering operations, and management.
- Deliver product samples to sales representatives, customers, and trade shows upon request.
- Prepare demonstration bags for sales representatives.
- Responsible for understanding and resolving customer service issues.
- Generate reports regarding products, sales revenue, complaints, etc.
- Coordinate sales-related activities and customer requests with supporting departments.
- Generate shipping documents required for domestic and foreign shipments.
- Manage complex order details and quotations with customers and sales representatives.
- Perform other duties and tasks as required.
- Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
- Six years of related work experience in marketing and/or customer service.
- Demonstrated computer skills, preferably in spreadsheets, word processing, database, and other applicable software programs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under strict time constraints to meet the demands of customers and management.
- Very detail-oriented and accurate.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and requests efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines.
