**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform assembly tasks using microscopes or other magnifying devices.
  • Interpret work orders, production drawings, and verbal instructions to execute tasks.
  • Align and position components accurately in jigs or fixtures.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machinery to secure parts through various methods such as crimping, soldering, and welding.
  • Assemble components like transformers and capacitors onto chassis panels.
  • Connect component lead wires and ensure proper routing and connections.
  • Inspect and join wires, ensuring correct color coding.
  • Conduct intermediate assembly tasks, including potting, cleaning, and curing.
  • Adjust materials to meet specified electrical or dimensional standards.

**Qualifications:**

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in electronics assembly is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and problem-solving.

**Physical Requirements:**

Normal working conditions with the ability to lift up to 45 lbs periodically. This role is safety-sensitive and may require drug testing.
