- Align and position components accurately using jigs or fixtures
- Utilize hand tools and machinery to secure parts through various methods such as crimping, welding, or soldering
- Assemble components including transformers and integrated circuits onto chassis panels
- Connect wires and components using soldering or other bonding techniques
- Inspect and join wires manually, ensuring proper connections
- Secure components using appropriate tools and methods
- Perform intermediate assembly tasks such as cleaning, bonding, and color-coding
- Adjust materials to meet specified electrical or dimensional standards
- High School Diploma or GED
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position
- Standard working conditions without extreme factors
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Capability to lift up to 45 lbs periodically
- This role is safety-sensitive and may require drug testing
- One year of experience in electronics assembly
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Competence in following detailed instructions
- Desire to learn and solve problems
- Punctuality and a commitment to personal improvement
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- High standards of integrity
- Experience with lean principles is advantageous
