Associate Sales Director

Privia Health is seeking a highly skilled Associate Sales Director to drive the recruitment of providers into our rapidly growing network. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing complex business deals and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to segment and penetrate new markets
  • Conduct initial sales meetings and presentations with physicians, followed by ongoing relationship and sales support
  • Manage opportunities to close, tracking activities, leads, and pending deals in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the national sales team to share best practices and contribute new ideas
  • Establish relationships with local partners and distributors to drive lead generation
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the growth and success of Privia Health

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tools
