About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales and marketing efforts at Taylor Springs Health Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Oversee the sales team to achieve revenue and census goals, and ensure effective sales processes are in place.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet established targets for lead and lease conversion for both Health Center and Senior Living.
  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans that support business objectives, using sales data to drive decision-making.
  • Build Relationships and Partnerships: Foster relationships with local clinical and non-clinical referral partners to develop and convert leads.
  • Manage Sales Budget: Oversee the sales and marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Collaborate with Executive Director: Work closely with the Executive Director to develop and maintain an effective internal referral program and ensure the campus is staged and marketable.
  • Communicate Business Results: Share business results and insights with the Executive Director and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate Degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or senior living industry.
  • Licenses and Certifications: None required
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, stretch, stoop, walk, and move intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 50lbs.
