Senior Sales Director Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned sales executive to join our team at RSM Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Sales Director. This role is a hybrid of player/coach, requiring a strong sales background and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, build business, and maintain current relationships with hiring managers.
  • Lead a team of 7, including account managers and recruiters, and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Forecast and accurately predict sales performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience selling software solutions and projects in the tech space.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on staff augmentation and project-based solutions.
  • Experience in sales of Cyber Security, Business Intelligence, AI, App Dev, Mobile App Dev, DevOps, or Process Optimization solution sets.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a remote sales environment.
  • Knowledge of the US sales market, with a focus on the tech industry.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, as needed.
