  • Deliver dynamic customer service by assisting with check-in/check-out and inquiries
  • Handle pressure in a fast-paced environment while working effectively in a team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Check guests in ensuring proper credit, special requests, and accurate information
  • Enhance the quality of the guest experience
  • Process payments following hotel requirements
  • Provide information and assistance to all guests and visitors
  • Handle guest room reservations, changes, and cancellations efficiently
  • Assist with emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, and power/system failures
  • Support various departments like guest services, safety services, housekeeping, and engineering
  • Maintain guest confidentiality
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Key Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of Hotel front desk experience preferred
  • Experience in OPERA property management system or equivalent is a plus
  • Fluent in spoken English and preferably Spanish
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • Proven conflict resolution and leadership skills
  • Comfortable with standing for long periods and working flexible hours
