Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Host to join our team at LEGOLAND CA Hotel. As a Front Desk Host, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-in and Check-out: Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process for our guests, including processing payments and handling special requests.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with our guest services, safety services, housekeeping, and engineering teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of our guests' information at all times.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hotel Front Desk Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred.
- Language Skills: Must be able to speak English clearly and fluently, and have the ability to speak Spanish fluently is a plus.
- Customer Service Skills: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and written.
