About the Role:

As a key member of the Boston Scientific team, the EP Fellows Training Manager will play a critical role in developing and implementing educational strategies to support the growth and development of electrophysiology fellows. This position requires a strong understanding of electrophysiology principles, procedures, and technologies, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze the training needs of electrophysiology fellows and develop targeted educational programs to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training content, including in-service presentations, hands-on skills training, and conventions.
  • Identify and engage key opinion leaders, including emerging leaders in the industry, expert speakers, and well-known academicians, to deliver defined curriculum and provide technical and clinical insight.
  • Develop and implement training protocols and materials, including assessments and evaluations, to ensure maximum impact and effectiveness.
  • Support the coordination of educational content and training through participation in local in-service presentations and hands-on skills training, conventions, forums, Boston Scientific hosted programs, and 3rd party grant-supported programs with a hands-on skills training component.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years field sales/clinical experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management and/or Electrophysiology.
  • Experience working with academic institutions with fellows programs.
  • Strong understanding of electrophysiology principles, procedures, and technologies.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with physician customers and sales teams.
  • Works independently, receiving guidance on complex and unprecedented problems.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator.
  • Ability to develop new processes and adjust practices as needed to meet business or team needs.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% and work from remote home office.
