Job Summary

This position is responsible for the recruitment and training of students and staff within BU Housing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of work experience. The role involves managing, training, scheduling, and paying staff appropriately. The position will report to the Sr. Associate Director and will be responsible for filling open positions within BU Housing.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment and training process for students and staff
Develop and implement training programs for staff
Coordinate with the Sr. Associate Director to fill open positions
Ensure that all staff are properly trained and scheduled

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
1-3 years of work experience
