ES Hospitality, led by the renowned Garrett Harker, is in the process of launching several vibrant hospitality venues. Our concepts are designed to elevate the dining experience, with a focus on high-energy operations and exceptional service.
Role Summary:
We are in search of a skilled Sous Chef to enhance our culinary team as we prepare for the launch of an exciting new Italian dining experience. Initially, this role will involve working in our established kitchen, with the opportunity to transition into the new concept upon its opening. This position is ideal for a passionate culinary professional eager to embrace new challenges and contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training and mentoring back-of-house staff
- Overseeing food preparation and production processes
- Expediting service and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
- Addressing challenges and implementing solutions as needed
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Capability to inspire and direct a dynamic kitchen team
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Advanced culinary training with a minimum of 2 years in restaurant management
