Role Overview

As a Senior User Acceptance Testing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in validating technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are ready for deployment. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans that simulate real-world scenarios, thereby ensuring that our software solutions align with business processes and user expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements and objectives.
  • Create detailed test plans for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), outlining scope, goals, timelines, and necessary resources.
  • Establish testing strategies and methodologies for effective execution of SIT and UAT.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review test cases, ensuring they align with business requirements.
  • Document and communicate test results, including any defects or issues identified during the testing process.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of test processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and compliance purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in software testing, particularly in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as qTest or equivalent.
  • Experience in test automation is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as AWS serverless, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
