Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Care Director to join our team at ALG Senior. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for overseeing all personal care services and medication delivery services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct staff to provide high-quality and appropriate resident care that meets or exceeds company and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure sound infection control practices are in place to promote a healthy environment and ensure all required infection control training is met.
  • Participate in resident and family care conferences to ensure effective communication and care planning.
  • Evaluate, report, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions, and implement interventions as needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care delivery and exceptional resident outcomes.
