Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team at LCA Lab. Corp. of America. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare blood samples for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our database accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and colleagues
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency preferred
  • Previous experience as a phlebotomist or in a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
