Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist focused on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both automated and manual testing of technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are ready for production.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute comprehensive test plans to validate software solutions through real-world scenarios and proposed business processes.
  • Identify and report defects, usability issues, and business process discrepancies that may affect production readiness or acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define testing acceptance criteria and contribute to the final approval of production readiness.
  • Develop detailed test plans for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and necessary resources.
  • Establish test strategies and methodologies for effective execution of SIT and UAT.
  • Review test cases with stakeholders to ensure they align with business requirements.
  • Document and communicate test results, including any defects or issues identified during testing.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of test processes, procedures, and outcomes for future reference and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in software testing, particularly in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as qTest or equivalent.
  • Preferred experience in test automation and CI/CD practices.
  • Experience with AWS serverless architecture or similar cloud technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
