Job Opportunity

Aerus of Houston is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in our Spring, TX office.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts, acting as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and qualify leads by making initial phone or email contact, engaging the account, and preparing them for the Account Executive.
  • Manage current accounts by staying in close contact, creating brand awareness, educational opportunities, and requesting referrals.
  • Provide customer support by answering calls and emails, identifying issues, and suggesting future or new products or services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or previous experience.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts.
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
