You will also set up the various initiatives for success by planning for the implementation with the business owners.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement analytical approaches and project strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify research, tools, and analysis required to achieve objectives for large, complex business strategy projects.
- Develop recommendations for optimizing business and financial performance.
- Manage large, cross-functional teams and communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Collaborate across businesses, functions, and regions to align strategy and direction with corporate and division/business unit goals.
- Facilitate regular follow-ups on strategic planning to foster collaboration and ensure accountability.
- Lead the development of project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables to drive successful outcomes.
- Consult with business executives on a wide range of issues related to the strategy formulation process, including risk management and new growth opportunities.
- Provide thought leadership and contribute to expanding the knowledge base within the area of expertise, including developing new methods, techniques, and criteria for developing strategy analysis and recommendations.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 6+ years of work experience, preferably in strategic management, strategic planning and implementation, consulting, market research, or a related field.
