Role Overview

We are seeking a Commercial Growth and Partnership Leader to join our North American sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving new business, building lasting client partnerships, and capturing market share in a highly competitive region.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue high-value new logo opportunities through strategic market research and competitive analysis;
  • Engage with senior stakeholders within target organizations to position our offerings as strategic solutions aligning with client goals;
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and go-to-market strategies to drive significant revenue growth and expand market share;
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and facilitating smooth transitions to Account Management and Client Success teams post-sale;
  • Manage the legal and procurement processes for complex contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant commercial experience in driving new logo sales and revenue growth;
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex sales plans aligned with long-term business goals and market opportunities;
  • Expertise in engaging with senior stakeholders to build strategic relationships and close high-value deals;
  • Advanced strategic thinking and adaptability in response to market conditions and competitive dynamics;
  • Proficiency in managing contract negotiations and refining sales collateral.

Benefits and Compensation

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000, while the total compensation package can reach up to $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, and performance;
