About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Go-to-Market Growth Leader to join our team at Normal Computing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to drive commercial growth and expansion into new markets.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of enterprise partnerships to drive revenue growth and market presence.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize business opportunities and drive deal closure.

Requirements:

  • Top-tier management consulting or similar professional client service experience.
  • Experience in business development or strategic partnerships.
  • Domain expertise in AI, advanced manufacturing, and/or semiconductors.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year.
