Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of Determined Health, Outreach and Prevention. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee program staff, ensure adherence to grant deliverables and guidelines, and maintain high-quality client care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the delivery of services in all program areas and provide regular feedback to staff.
  • Provide direct supervision to program staff, including weekly supervision meetings and annual performance evaluations.
  • Ensure all care is in adherence to policies and procedures, as well as external governing bodies.
  • Participate in the oversight of program budget process and accountability.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills with moderate experience in Microsoft Excel and other supporting programs.
  • Participation in agency leadership meetings, development, and strategic planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a related field required with at least 4 years of related experience.
  • Master's degree in social services, Community Health/Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with managing staff and programs.
  • Successful background check.
  • Openness to working closely with clients who struggle with issues related to mental illness, substance use disorder, chronic health conditions, and other challenges with social determinants of health.
