About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as the Vice President of Programs and Services. This is a key leadership position that will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to our domestic violence and sexual assault programs, ensuring a trauma-informed approach to client services and staff.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement frameworks to assess program strengths and areas for improvement, and identify new program needs.
  • Collaborate with program leadership to support high performance and growth, and ensure data quality in reporting.
  • Represent the Center in the community, building and maintaining strong relationships and collaborative partnerships.
  • Participate in all Board of Director meetings and Board Executive Committee, and co-chair the Program Committee of the Board of Directors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5-7 years of leadership experience, preferably in non-profit leadership.
  • Experience in residential and trauma-related work.
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communication.
  • Demonstrated commitment to seeking diversity of perspectives and backgrounds, and commitment to advance equitable policies and practices and insure inclusion.
