Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Residency Program Coordinator IV to provide administrative support to the Director and Associate Program Directors of the Office of Medical Education (OME). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of residency programs, including document preparation, records management, and data gathering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with preparation of semi-annual Clinical Competency Committee portfolios, meeting minutes, and updating resident issues dashboard.
  • Organize grand rounds speakers, paperwork, and notices.
  • Review applications during recruitment and serve as backup facilitator on interview days.
  • Support manager with all phases of onboarding and collection of information for orientation.
  • Work with manager to keep MedHub information accurate and upload/update documents as needed.
  • Aid manager in preparing and distributing graduation surveys and ordering graduation awards, distribute awards at graduation.
  • Provide administrative support for Global Health Track, Med Ed Track, and other tracks and programs as needed.
  • Assist Program Director with verifications and tracking alumni in the database.
  • Provide manager with administrative support by invoicing Norton for travel and research reimbursements and fellow incentive packages; process PGY2 license renewal reimbursements through Norton.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work with others.
