Location Requirement

The Healthcare IT Sales Consultant position is a pivotal role focused on market-driven sales and business development within the healthcare sector. This role entails managing either a significant market or several smaller markets, with the primary goal of enhancing All Covered's healthcare sales through effective presentations and successful closures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote recurring professional, managed, and cloud service solutions from the All Covered Healthcare services portfolio to healthcare clients.
  • Identify and pursue strategic IT project and procurement opportunities with both prospective and existing healthcare clients.
  • Engage in consultative sales processes, collaborating with internal teams including operations, delivery, and client management to facilitate the progression of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with local sales teams to cross-sell healthcare-specific and general services for mutual benefit.
  • Expand market presence through networking, social media, and participation in industry events.

Essential Duties:

  • Utilize a comprehensive understanding of All Covered services and sales methodologies to tackle complex ACC, project, and procurement opportunities.
  • Stay informed about healthcare market technology trends and challenges to effectively engage clients.
  • Work alongside Solution Architects and Account Managers to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Provide accurate insights into financial forecasts and sales results related to strategic services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of how All Covered's solutions deliver value to clients.
  • Drive growth in Managed IT Services within assigned territories.
  • Maintain consistent communication with team members and clients.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology services sales, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • A four-year degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong financial acumen to engage in business discussions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical solutions in an understandable manner.
  • Strong adaptability to changing business needs and client requirements.
  • Proven ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficient in coordinating multiple sales activities and managing diverse client solutions.
