The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, particularly Microsoft products, and a proven track record of success in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets, particularly for Microsoft solutions such as M365/Power Apps/Azure.
  • Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts, leveraging strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives to drive sales growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with partners and customers to drive repeat business.
  • Propose and implement Microsoft solutions to existing or new clients, clearly demonstrating their added value.
  • Report to the President and provide regular updates on sales performance.
  • Evaluate assigned accounts' business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.
  • Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts.
  • Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft solutions.
  • Native English speaker with conversation-level Japanese language skills.
  • Ability to co-work with partners and execute effective pipeline management to drive sales targets.
