We are a pioneering healthcare technology firm that utilizes advanced radar, AI, and LLMs to improve the quality of care for seniors and individuals managing chronic illnesses. Our goal is to seamlessly integrate healthcare with technology, crafting impactful solutions that elevate lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and articulate detailed clinical care plans tailored to the unique requirements of home care and senior living settings.
- Provide specialized knowledge on chronic disease management, ensuring care plans are both effective and current.
- Collaborate with the Product Lead to embed clinical insights into our healthcare technology offerings.
- Advise on home care and senior living pathways to ensure our products meet industry standards and patient needs.
- Remain informed about trends in home care, senior living, and chronic disease management to guide care plan creation and product features.
- Assist in the refinement and adjustment of clinical protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing patient outcomes.
- Support cross-functional teams with clinical expertise to guarantee the accuracy and relevance of our product offerings.
- Deliver training and education to internal teams regarding the clinical aspects of our products, as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent) with experience in clinical care planning and chronic disease management.
- Strong comprehension of home care and senior living pathways.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of producing clear and actionable clinical care plans.
- Ability to work part-time with flexibility and collaborate effectively with the Product Lead.
- Experience in healthcare technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A commitment to enhancing care for seniors and individuals managing chronic conditions.
Hours:
- Part-time/consultancy (~15 hours/week)
