Our goal is to seamlessly integrate healthcare with technology, creating meaningful pathways that positively impact lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and document detailed clinical care plans tailored to the requirements of home care and senior living settings.
- Provide expert insights on chronic disease management, ensuring care plans are effective and current.
- Collaborate with the Product Lead to incorporate clinical knowledge into our healthcare technology offerings.
- Advise on home care and senior living pathways to ensure our products meet industry standards and patient needs.
- Stay informed about trends in home care, senior living, and chronic disease management to guide care plan development and product features.
- Assist in refining clinical protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and improve patient outcomes.
- Support cross-functional teams with clinical expertise to maintain the accuracy and relevance of our product offerings.
- Provide training and education to internal teams regarding the clinical aspects of our products as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse (RN, LPN, or equivalent) with a background in clinical care planning and chronic disease management is preferred.
- Strong comprehension of home care and senior living pathways.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, capable of producing clear and actionable clinical care plans.
- Ability to work part-time with flexibility and collaborate effectively with the Product Lead.
- Experience in healthcare technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- A commitment to enhancing care for seniors and individuals managing chronic conditions.
Hours:
- Part-time/consultancy (~15 hours/week)
