As an Associate Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in partnering with Relationship Managers to identify and develop client solutions, perform analytical tasks, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify and develop client solutions
  • Perform analytical tasks to support sales and servicing efforts
  • Conduct industry research on prospects and current customers
  • Create and maintain prospect profiles
  • Assist in identifying and qualifying prospects
  • Conduct initial pricing analysis and generate relationship pricing models
  • Draft initial deal screen/opportunity memos
  • Attend and participate in client presentations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of related commercial banking, finance, or accounting experience
  • Proficient knowledge of financial and risk analysis
  • Novice level knowledge of US economy and regulations and sales and business development acumen
  • Proficient knowledge of B2B, CCAS, AFS, RIMS, CHQ, Loan Doc Prep System, and other banking systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
