Customer Relationship Manager Opportunity

Alay Home Care is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inquiries and address concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate care schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Collaborate with our care team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Support Coordination Experience
  • 2 work references available for contact
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in using Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Voice, Meet, Sheet, Docs, and Hangouts)
  • Access to a computer or laptop with internet connectivity
  • Willingness to travel for work up to 50% of the time
  • Reliable vehicle for fieldwork and valid Driver's License
