  • Initiate contact with staff, existing and potential customers, to identify their needs.
  • Maintain the Vacuum Products rental unit spreadsheet.
  • Upload files into Docuware/Salesforce in a timely manner.
  • Create files and monitor and update equipment inventory and storage.
  • Reconcile credit card statements and report monthly.
  • Create expense reports as needed.
  • Assist with service/warranty repair paperwork as needed.
  • Assist with recall information when needed.
  • Assist in Chassis/unit orders as needed.
  • Track chassis and unit orders/deliveries nationally.
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work from home or a designated office location in or near Kansas City, MO.
  • Ability to travel if needed and schedule permits.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Able to finish projects in a timely manner.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, delivering accurate and polished work.
  • Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent planning, organizational skills and priority setting skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communications skills.
