About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Voucher Program Coordinator to join our team at BE STAFFING SOLUTIONS, LLC. As a key member of our Tenant Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our Housing Choice Voucher program, ensuring compliance with HUD regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the activities of the HCV program, including participant interviews, document preparation, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely processing of voucher applications and renewals.
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants, landlords, and other stakeholders, resolving issues and providing support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, including participant files and financial reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years of experience in public housing, case management, or a related field.
  • Certification in income, rent, and voucher program administration preferred.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and eligibility for coverage under Houston Housing Authority fleet auto insurance.
