Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement program curriculum and training materials
  • Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling and registration
  • Provide ongoing support and mentorship to new graduate nurses
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless program integration
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Current State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN)
  • Experience in nursing education or residency program coordination
