Are you a motivated and organized individual looking for a challenging role? Look no further We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team at Team1Medical. In this position, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supervising office staff, and overseeing institutional publication databases and CCSG Program and Shared Resources websites.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Director.
  • Oversee the management of institutional publication databases and CCSG Program and Shared Resources websites.
  • Supervise office staff to ensure optimal productivity and expense control.


**Qualifications:**
  • A bachelor's degree is required; a master's degree or PHD is highly preferred.
  • Five (5) years of related program management experience is required; Ten (10) years of providing administrative support to executive/senior leaders of large organizations, meeting coordination, event planning, and education is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational and computer software skills are required.
