Overview:

As a vital member of our hospitality team, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This position is perfect for individuals who possess a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional first impression to all guests.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Engage with guests both in person and over the phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize computer systems and software efficiently to manage reservations and guest information.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and confidence.

Essential Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • The ability to remain on your feet for extended periods and occasionally lift items weighing up to 20 pounds.
