- Answer large volumes of inbound and outbound calls for the Service Department
- Document and organize reservations of Service Department customers
- File, organize, and maintain all service records
- Multi-task and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to meet company production and quality standards
Physical Requirements
- Move throughout the company facility for most of the shift
- Spend time outdoors in the weather and elements
- Spend time indoors in air-conditioned areas
Working Conditions
- Regular sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, and stooping
- Lifting up to 25 pounds
- Repetitive hand/finger movement and grasping/grabbing with hands
