Job Summary:

The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Service Department at Seidel Hyundai. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can multitask and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage high volume of incoming and outgoing calls for the Service Department
  • Record and schedule Service Department appointments
  • Manage and organize service documentation
  • Provide good customer service and handle receptionist duties including cashiering
  • Filing, organizing, and managing records

Requirements:

  • Minimum requirement of high school diploma
  • Ability to comprehend instructions and information
  • Professional and presentable appearance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Meet company's production and quality standards

Physical Requirements:

  • Moving within the company premises for most of the shift
  • Exposed to outdoor weather conditions
  • Work both in outdoor and indoor settings
  • Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, twist, and/or stoop
  • Frequently required to lift between 10 lbs to 25 lbs
  • Frequently required to reach and/or lift overhead, climb, and utilize stairs and ladders

Expectations:

  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Providing good customer service
  • Managing high volume of incoming and outgoing calls for the Service Department
