Front Desk Representative

Cadence Chandler is seeking a highly skilled and friendly Front Desk Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our residents, families, visitors, and guests, this role plays a vital part in representing our community and providing exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a positive attitude. Previous experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line telephones and greet all families, residents, and guests with a smile.
- Ensure all outside vendors, families, and residents check in and out.
- Direct and answer resident and vendor questions or inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Schedule transportation and support management with tasks and/or projects.
- Order office supplies and complete work order requests.
- Enter all data entries as assigned.
