Mechanical Assembly Specialist

At Force America, we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our Distribution team. This role is critical to our operations, and we are looking for a candidate who can assemble and test hydraulic systems with precision and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble hydraulic and pneumatic systems in accordance with work orders using hand and power tools.
- Test all assembled systems to ensure they meet quality, quantity, and time expectations.
- Update inventory records by tracking parts used, defective parts, and additional parts needed.
- Assist customers with needs assessment and complete repairs.
- Coordinate with material handling, sales, and other teams to expedite orders.
- Maintain a safe and orderly work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet customer expectations for quantity and timing.
- Detail-oriented to provide high-quality results.
