Position Overview

Rainier Industries is a reputable manufacturing firm with a rich history in the industry. We are currently seeking an Assembly Production Specialist to contribute to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

In this position, you will be responsible for creating a diverse range of high-quality products, including wayfinding signage, wallpaper vinyl graphics, and more.

Qualifications for Success
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and the ability to distinguish colors accurately.
  • Independent and Team Work: Capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively to meet production deadlines.
  • Reliability: Good attendance and punctuality, with the willingness to work overtime or weekends when necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Proficient in understanding and conveying directions both verbally and in writing.
  • Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using computers for various tasks.
  • Mathematical Skills: Confident in performing measurements and calculations.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and maneuver materials weighing between 35-75 lbs regularly.
Compensation and Benefits

This is an hourly position, eligible for overtime, with a pay range of $24.00 per hour based on experience and skill level. The working hours are from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
