Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of Collection Specialists
  • Monitor and prioritize workload to maximize collection efforts
  • Assist team members with reconciling difficult accounts
  • Identify and resolve issues with billing, pricing, and customer service
  • Escalate problem accounts to management as needed
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with regional company leaders and other field departments
  • Participate in branch and district accounts receivable meetings and sales training presentations

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 2 years of prior experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, finance, or related field
  • Prior experience with SAP or ERP system highly preferred
  • Strong organizational, teambuilding, and people development skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
