Job Summary:

CBIZ Operations, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service delivery to assigned clients, resolving complex customer service problems, and building strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service delivery to assigned clients, including resolving complex customer service problems and building strong relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Act as an outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, with direct client contact on assigned accounts.
  • Represent client internally and coordinate with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs.
  • Maintain data integrity and quality with any applicable software on a timely basis.
  • Take lead on designated renewals, prepare renewal information, and present the CBIZ solution.
  • Work with senior staff to create needed communication materials and establish and preserve a solid business rapport with clients and vendors.
  • Discuss with clients applicable legislation and market trends, generate client interest in additional lines of coverage, and coach and assist less tenured client services staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 5 years customer service experience in the insurance industry.
  • Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise.
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally.
  • Advanced customer service skills and proficient use of applicable technology.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently and must be able to travel based on client and business needs.
