Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team at Elevance Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention of small and individual accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and developing strategic business plans to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and retention targets
  • Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal partners to meet and exceed client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
  • Provide account management expertise to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Sales license required within 60 days of hire
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
