Business Development Manager

Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts for large store segments within a specific region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and guiding a team of Merchandisers to ensure all sales programs are effectively implemented. This role requires strong leadership and personnel management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job DescriptionThe Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Sales Center execution of Merchandising plans, ensuring growth, profitability, and an enhanced customer experience with Coca-Cola.
- Reviewing the Large Store tracker weekly to ensure maximum execution.
- Ownership of routine merchandiser meetings, RED and LOS meetings to identify opportunities, gaps, and results.
- Regularly collaborating with Sales Manager, District Managers, and General Manager to remain informed of all promotional activity.
- Achieving and maintaining Look of Success standards in all accounts, communicating expectations and ensuring understanding within the sales organization through effective communication.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401K matching, and paid time off.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience as a Supervisor, Account Manager, or Sales Merchandiser is preferred.
- Proven leadership ability and personnel management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
