Job Description

Prolifics is actively seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to join their team. This role involves leading and nurturing relationships with clients, expanding the company's footprint in the market, and enhancing the continued value of their solutions and services.

About the Role

This is an individual contributor, quota-driven sales role with responsibility for developing and closing new client business. The ideal candidate will meet and exceed assigned quota, build territory revenue, prospect, and close accounts through individual initiative and leveraging marketing and technical support teams within the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • New logo hunting - 20% - 30% of quota will consist of net new business
  • Uncover new buyers within existing accounts and secure new signings
  • Carry a revenue target over $5 million USD
  • Partner with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal teams through the entire sales cycle
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to close, including prospecting, discovery, presenting, forecasting, negotiating, and closing the deal
Requirements
  • Currently carrying an annual revenue target over $5 million USD
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience selling to target domains: Retail, Banking and Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, or SLED
  • Proven track record of success managing a large territory, demand generation, strategic territory and account planning, forecasting, quota attainment while maintaining customer loyalty, and effective communication via sale presentation skills
  • Strong sales acumen with significant experience in consultative selling
  • In-depth understanding of sales process and cycle for technical solutions
Compensation and Benefits

Prolifics offers a comprehensive suite of benefits to their employees, including a range of benefits to maintain good health, wellness, and financial security. The company also provides a reasonable range of compensation, with a base salary of $100,000 - $150,000 USD per annum, plus an uncapped commission structure.
