Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with clients’ business goals
  • Generate and edit custom content, including original text, visual designs, and videos
  • Curate and manage published content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Drive measurable traffic and engagement to client accounts
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, hybrid team environment
  • Create monthly and quarterly social media reports using analytics data
  • Develop and manage social media advertising and boost campaigns
  • Communicate with followers, provide timely responses, and monitor accounts
  • Monitor and share new social media trends with the internal team to discuss with clients
  • Manage experiential marketing and influencer partnerships for client activations
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to multitask
  • Handle multiple clients and tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail
  • Shadow and brainstorm with company management and the senior-level team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related communications field
  • Strong video and graphic design capabilities
  • Proficiency in graphic design programs and apps such as Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience with video editing software optimized for social media (e.g., CapCut, Splice, Canva)
  • Advertising experience with Meta Business Suite
  • Ability to strategize and execute ad campaigns based on client goals
  • Proficient in analyzing KPIs and reporting data professionally
  • Strong social media copywriting capabilities
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of digital formatting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
