Role Responsibilities

As a Titles Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and addressing outstanding title issues for GoFi.
  • Collaborating with dealerships, vendors, and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve lien placement challenges.
  • Building strong relationships with dealer specialists to ensure timely responses to title requests.
  • Monitoring and reporting on outstanding titles to dealer management.

Position Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience in title management.
  • Familiarity with auto finance processes.
  • Proficient in standard business applications, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Previous experience in auto lending is preferred.

Additional Preferences

  • Experience with title management systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel.
