Role Responsibilities

We are in search of a proactive individual eager to add value to a results-driven and high-performance team. The Centralized Title Group's primary responsibility is to meticulously review vehicle titles, ensuring compliance with state regulations and guidelines. This team is also tasked with underwriting titles from various acquisition platforms related to DriveTime automotive purchases, ensuring the negotiability and transferability of titles across all states.

In detail, your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing underwriting standards to confirm that titles and accompanying documents comply with multi-state title acceptance regulations.
  • Collaborating and maintaining effective communication with acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to identify and resolve title encumbrances, facilitating seamless title transfers to DriveTime customers.
  • Adhering to internal protocols for specialized processing to support inventory movement.
  • Conducting audits and maintaining the integrity of title movements through systematic updates to ensure timely transfers of titles and vehicles.
  • Securing and preserving title documentation to guarantee prompt distribution to dealerships, auctions, vendors, and insurance companies based on vehicle status.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Excel-based applications and various databases for daily operations.
  • Meeting daily production targets while ensuring high accuracy levels.

Position Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Previous experience in titles or a role demanding high attention to detail is advantageous.
  • Must be available to work on-site during weekdays.
