Position Summary

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented individual to become part of our team that specializes in the examination of vehicle titles to ensure adherence to state regulations. This essential team, referred to as The Centralized Title Group, is pivotal in the underwriting of titles from diverse platforms for DriveTime's vehicle acquisitions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement underwriting standards to verify that titles and accompanying documents comply with multi-state regulations
  • Maintain effective communication with acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors, and dealerships
  • Adhere to internal protocols for specialized processing
  • Conduct audits and monitor title movements
  • Organize and secure title documentation
  • Utilize Excel applications and databases for daily operations
  • Achieve production targets with a high degree of accuracy
