Role Summary
We are in search of a driven individual eager to add value to a results-oriented and high-performance team. The Centralized Title Group's primary responsibility is to meticulously review vehicle titles, ensuring compliance with state regulations and accompanying documentation. This team also undertakes the underwriting of titles from various acquisition channels for DriveTime automotive purchases, ensuring the negotiability and transferability of titles across all 50 states.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement underwriting criteria to verify that titles and supporting documents comply with multi-state title acceptance regulations.
- Collaborate and maintain effective communication with acquisition platforms, DMVs, vendors, and dealerships to identify and resolve title encumbrances, facilitating seamless title transfers to DriveTime customers.
- Follow internal protocols for specialized processing to support inventory management.
- Conduct audits and uphold the integrity of title movements through systematic updates, ensuring timely transfers of titles and vehicles.
- Secure and manage title and supporting documentation to guarantee prompt distribution to dealerships, auctions, vendors, and insurance companies based on vehicle status.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Excel-based applications for daily operations, alongside various databases.
- Achieve daily production targets while maintaining exceptional accuracy levels.

Additional Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
